FEILE, Incorporated is a recognized 501c3 public charity devoted to promoting an awareness and appreciation of Irish culture for the general public. The name FEILE derives from an Irish word that now connotes “festival” “generosity” and “hospitality”, and exemplifies the hallmarks of Irish contributions to the American experience. FEILE’s mission is accomplished through support of artistic and educational events throughout the year, but most notably the presentation of the annual Fairfield County Irish Festival, now in its 28th year.
